We plan to develop landscaped public parkland as nodes including massive central park and community gardens based on the local conditions; Create a high-quality landscape corridor to break the barriers and link the different landscape nodes; Form a sustainable green infrastructure system that can gather all the landscape nodes and the corridor to improve the qualities of environment.

We aim to develop various fundamental social infrastructure including cable station, library, cafe, kindergarten, bicycle lane, viewpoint, playground of residents; Create a pedestrian-friendly road rely on the landscape corridor to connect the social facilities in the site; Form a social infrastructure network that can serve the local neighbourhoods to meet the social needs.
